Hello, my peoples! Sofia here again to tell you of my baby hood adventures. I must apologize for not providing more regular updates recently. I have been SUPER busy figuring out how to stand up as quickly as I can and growing a TOOTH!
Personally I didn't think it was a big deal at first. I really didn't make much of a fuss about it, none of that keeping everybody up until the wee hours. Mommy finally noticed something was up on Wednesday last week, because I was touching my new dental creation with my tongue and making my bottom lip stick out like a monkey. It feels weird! I can't help myself!
Anyway, Momma started poking around in my mouth, discovered a new front, left tooth (my left, not yours) on my bottom gums and called Poppa immediately. Yikes! I have to say I was a little concerned when she whipped out the cell phone and hit the speed dial. What? What'd I do? Am I in trouble?
All was OK, though. Momma was very excited and proud and Poppa sounded very pleased.
I was very encouraged, so I got started on growing another one! Momma's already been poking around again and discovered a bump on the front right, next to the other one.
Having a tooth is fun! I really enjoy biting down on my bagel chips now (which--by the way--are my new favorite food). Very satisfying! I can't wait to try these "cookie" things I've been hearing about.

P.S. I turned 10 months old on August 20th! 2 months to my first birthday! WO HOO!! I think I smell presents...
